The CW25 will hold a casting call where we will video tape your runway walk and send it to LA along with all of the requirements!

Date: Wednesday, July 14th, 2010
Where: Inside Concord Mall in Elkhart, IN
Time: 5p-8p.

**We will only record the first 60 eligible ladies** Please read the information below for details and click on the link to get all the info you need to know before you arrive to walk!

1. Completed Participant Application (including a Release and Waiver signed by you)
2. Three photos (refer to the link below for complete details)
3. Legible copies of your 1) United States passport & Driver’s License; OR 2) Social Security card and Birth Certificate

*Tuesday, April 13 from 12 noon until 6 p.m. at Center Lake Pavilion located at 117 Canal Street in Warsaw. Click here to schedule your blood donation appointment.

* Monday, April 26 and Tuesday, April 27 from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. at The University of Notre Dame located at 315 LaFortune Student Center in Notre Dame.
